Release v3.2.4

Another small patch:

• Some deps updates to address a CVE
• Some tweaks to the email verification system
  • There is now a resend button when prompted to verify your email before logging in
  • An email will be sent when a user gets locked out of their account
  • Changed the Email Sender API to something that isn't deprecated.
